Renowned Pakistani comedian, actor and host Shafaat Ali has gone viral on social media after imitating Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a satirical video mocking India’s so-called ‘Operation Sindoor’.
The video has gained widespread attention for both its humour and its reflection of public sentiment. In the clip, posted on Instagram, Shafaat had mimicked Modi’s tone and mannerisms, delivering sharp satire aimed at India’s military operations.
“In the night, our Air Force sought permission, and the code word was ‘Sindoor’ — a decision that will change history and help win the Bihar elections,” he said, parodying Modi.

Continuing the mockery, Shafaat had quipped, “When our air force reached Pakistan, we were treated to a full walima (wedding reception) in return. What more can I say about our Rafale and MiG aircraft?”
Concluding the video, he addressed Pakistan’s Army Chief General Asim Munir in Modi’s voice: “We want to say only one thing to Pakistan on behalf of the Indian Army and the world’s largest democracy — Gen Asim Munir, you are my life, my soul!”
