The Cabinet Division has released new Toshakhana records for October to December 2025, revealing details of gifts received by senior government officials during the period.
According to the released documents, all personalities deposited the gifts they received into the Toshakhana. The records cover gifts received by the president, prime minister, cabinet members, and other senior officials.
The Cabinet Division also confirmed that the process of estimating the value of these gifts is currently underway.
President, PM among key recipients
The list shows that President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received several gifts during the three-month period.
President Zardari received watches, scarves, ties, utensils, and perfume. First Lady Aseefa Bhutto Zardari was gifted a Rolex watch, a Kashmiri shawl, and perfume.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif received a book and a model of a metro bus. Additionally, eight gifts, including models of the holy Kaaba and a horse, a clock, and a sword, were displayed at the Prime Minister’s House.
Senior ministers, political leaders receive valuable gifts
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar received multiple gifts, including an Egyptian statue. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was gifted a shawl, a Rolex watch, and a perfume pack. Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Information Minister Attaullah Tarar both received perfume along with incense wood.
Other ministers and officials
National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq was gifted a model of a snow leopard. IT Minister Shaza Fatima received a model of Salvi Palace, the first royal palace of Saudi Arabia.
Energy Minister Owais Leghari was gifted a book, while the minister of state for finance received perfume. Economic Affairs Minister Ahad Cheema received a glass, a cup, and an official document. The president’s military secretary and spokesperson were also gifted Rolex watches, according to the record.
Wide variety of items listed
The disclosed gifts include models of Roza-e-Rasool, holy Kaaba, and Makkah, along with paintings, perfumes, shields, carpets, tea sets, swords, daggers, vases, watches, and decorative pieces. Other items listed include Saudi coffee, books, royal caps, souvenirs, table watches, metro bus models, coffee pots, shirts, musical instruments, blankets, scarves, and ties.
Missing donor details
The Cabinet Division noted that the October–December 2025 list does not include a column identifying the individuals or entities who gave the gifts. In contrast, records released for January to June 2025 included donor details.
The government led by Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has previously released Toshakhana records from 2002 to September 2025 in phases. Records covering the period from 1997 to 2001 have also been made public.
