Kicking off on February 13th, the festival unfolded against the majestic backdrop of Ganga Peak, a natural gem renowned for its breathtaking beauty. As the festivities commenced, the snow-laden slopes became arenas for a series of thrilling events, including skiing, ice hockey, tug-of-war, and martial arts competitions, all set amidst the stunning vistas of the Azad Kashmir region.
The festival not only provided a platform for local athletes to showcase their prowess but also attracted enthusiasts from far and wide, adding a diverse and vibrant touch to the proceedings. With participants ranging from seasoned athletes to eager amateurs, the event truly embodied the spirit of inclusivity and sportsmanship.
Highlighting the significance of the festival, a colorful closing ceremony was held on February 17th, graced by the presence of the General Officer Commanding (GOC) Chinar Division, who presided as the Chief Guest.
