Pakistan Rangers Sindh personnel celebrated Eid-ul-Azha with great zeal and fervour at the Pak-India border in the Rann of Kutch, located in the Thar Desert.
Despite being away from their loved ones, the soldiers expressed unwavering commitment to the defence of their homeland. The Eid celebration included the traditional sacrifice in accordance with Sunnat-e-Ibrahimi, the exchange of greetings and patriotic chants.
Speaking on the occasion, Colonel Waseem affirmed, “This is our country and we will safeguard every inch of it.”
Following the successful completion of Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos, morale among the troops remains high. Soldiers declared their readiness to respond decisively to any threat from the enemy.
They acknowledged missing their families, but emphasised that serving the nation has remained their foremost priority.
The Eid gathering also featured a special meal and sweets and gifts were distributed among the troops as part of the celebration.
