Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has been given the important responsibility of providing travel facilities to teams participating in the Champions Trophy 2025. According to the spokesperson, PIA will provide domestic travel facilities to the teams.
The ICC Champions Trophy is starting from February 19 in Karachi, with event matches to be held at Gaddafi Stadium Lahore, National Stadium Karachi, and Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. The Indian team will play their matches in Dubai under a hybrid model.
According to the spokesperson, Pakistan International Airlines will provide travel facilities to international teams participating in the ICC Champions Trophy. PIA, in collaboration with the Pakistan Cricket Board, has made special arrangements for teams' domestic arrivals and departures.
The spokesperson says that PIA will operate special charter flights for cricket teams' domestic travel during the Champions Trophy. Special measures are being taken to familiarize guest teams with Pakistani culture during flights.
