Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar has shown heartwarming kindness by helping Punjabi musician Glory Bawa, who was having financial difficulties and had turned to social media to ask for government assistance.
Akshay sent her 25 lakh rupees, a kind gesture that has been widely appreciated and has brought relief to Glory and her family.
According to the Hindustan Times, Glory Bawa conveyed her heartfelt gratitude to Akshay Kumar. "I don't have words to explain what it means to me," she said.
She went on to say that she and her family would benefit from the financial assistance. Glory said, "But I want work and have been asking for the same," to emphasize her desire to work.
“People have started reaching out to me, and I hope artists like us find something substantial to do.”
According to Akshay Kumar, social media is how he found out about Glory's financial difficulties. The incident moved him so much that he decided to offer his help.
