The people are facing hardships due to the extreme heatwave across the country.
According to details, in Jhang, like other parts, the threat of an extreme heatwave is looming, due to which a large number of people are falling sick.
The medical experts urged the citizens to follow the precautionary measures to avert the heatwave.
Meanwhile, the masses of Faisalabad were also witnessing scorching heat as the temperature in the city reached 44 degrees Celsius.
The citizens had started to enjoy a glass of sugarcane juice to cope with the challenges posed by the extreme weather.
Expressing their thoughts, the citizens said: “The sugarcane juice helps to calm us during the hot weather.”
Moreover, the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) had predicted rain in Lahore after intensifying weather.
