The party has fielded candidates from 297 constituencies of the provincial assembly. In Punjab, the country’s most populous province, PTI candidates are absent from seven out of the 297 constituencies of the provincial assembly. In terms of constituencies, the Punjab Assembly consists of 371 seats, with 297 designated as general seats, 66 allocated for women, and 8 reserved for minority communities. Additionally, the province contributes 173 seats to the National Assembly, with 141 being general seats and 32 reserved for women.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province has witnessed a comparable situation, with PTI failing to finalize candidates in four out of the 115 constituencies.
In Balochistan, twenty constituencies out of the fifty-one have been left vacant by the party.
