Afghanistan lost both of their batters against New Zealand after the 2024 T20 World Cup semi-finalists chose to bat first in the fourth match of the T20 World Cup 2024 in Chennai on Sunday.
Ibrahim Zadran (10), who did not look comfortable on the wicket, was dismissed by Lockie Ferguson, despite the delivery not being particularly good. Gurbaz scored 22-ball 27, lacing with two boundaries and one six, before he was removed by Ferguson.
