In a powerful address to students and teachers in Islamabad, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Lt Gen Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry declared Pakistan’s recent military victory over India as a "victory of peace", urging the youth to stay united in the face of hostile agendas.
Speaking at a special session organized for educational institutions, the Pakistan armed forces spokesperson delivered a message of strength, resilience, and unity, calling Pakistan the cradle of peace.
"Those who used to say the army does not do its job, ask them today – did we not do our job?" he said, referencing the Pakistan Army's firm and responsible response to recent Indian aggression. "Who were those who used to speak against the army? Will you not hold them responsible today?"
Unity against terrorism and external threats
Lieutenant General Chaudhry warned students about the "evil intentions of the enemy", emphasizing that a united nation and army can eliminate terrorism from the country.
"When the people and the army stand together, there will be no terrorist left in Pakistan," he said, pointing directly at India for supporting terrorism inside Pakistan.
Salute to teachers, youth’s role highlighted
The ISPR chief also used the platform to express gratitude to the nation’s educators. "On behalf of the Pakistan Army, I salute the teachers of this country," he declared, acknowledging their role in shaping the future of Pakistan.
Calling the youth the backbone of the nation, he praised their efforts and urged them to play a positive and active role in national development. "You are the hope of this nation. Stay informed, stay united, and never let misinformation divide you," he advised.
The military spokesman concluded his address by raising the slogan "Kashmir will become Pakistan".
