Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has expressed strong disapproval following an incident involving fast bowler Haris Rauf.
A video circulating on social media shows Rauf in a heated exchange with a fan, in which he is heard calling the fan an idiot and even attempting to physically confront him. Despite efforts by his wife to calm him down, Rauf was visibly upset.
Speaking about the incident, Haris Rauf stated that although he initially decided not to address the matter on social media, he will now respond as it has become public.
In response, Chairman PCB Mohsin Naqvi expressed firm condemnation, stating that such actions against players are entirely unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Naqvi demanded an immediate apology from those involved in the incident and warned of legal action if an apology is not issued to Haris Rauf.
