Mr Ghulam Haider's children were taken to India illegally by their mother, and despite Mr. Haider's diligent efforts, there has been no tangible progress in securing their safe return to their native country, Pakistan.
Mr Haider, alongside his legal counsel, Adv Roshan Ali Azeem, has taken the necessary steps by approaching the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), the Pakistan Foreign Office, and the Indian High Commission in Pakistan to initiate diplomatic negotiations for the repatriation of his children.
