Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) continued its operations against drug trafficking and seized 204 kg of drugs recovered in seven different operations wherein six accused were arrested.
The ANF personnel intercepted and seized 980 grams of ice from a passenger bound for Bahrain at Bacha Khan International Airport Peshawar.
As per a spokesperson of ANF, three kg of opium and 5.3 kg of ice were recovered in three operations on the M1 Motorway in Islamabad. Three suspects were arrested in operations on the M1 Motorway in Islamabad.
According to an ANF spokesman, 2.8 kg of heroin was recovered from a book parcel at a courier office in Karachi as the parcel was destined for London.
In Lahore, 72 kg of hashish was recovered from a vehicle near the Ravi Toll Plaza, and the accused was arrested. The ANF registered cases against the arrested individuals under the Anti-Narcotics Act and launched investigations.
