Road bandits opened fire shots and also tried to stop the vehicle of President Balochistan Nawabzada Khalid Hussain Magsi vehicle in Jhal Magsi in Balochistan.
The accused escaped after Khalid Magsi's guards fired back.
Former Senate Chairman Sadiq Sanjrani demanded the immediate arrest of the accused from the provincial government.
Sadiq Sanjrani's telephone contact with President BAP Khalid Magsi and inquired about their health.
“Thankfully, Khalid Magsi is safe in the assassination attack,” Sadiq Sanjrani said.
“The attack on Khalid Magsi is a deliberate conspiracy. The provincial government should immediately arrest the elements involved in the attack,” he added.
In November 2023, the Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) elected the former parliamentary leader of the party in the National Party Nawabzada Khalid Hussain Magsi its president, replacing Mir Abdul Qudoos Bizenjo. Bizenjo did not attend the meeting.
