Gold prices in Pakistan fell once more following a one-day increase, with the price of gold dropping by Rs2,300 per tola and US$23 per ounce.
According to data released by the All Pakistan Sarafa and Jewellers Association, the international market recorded a US$23 per ounce decline in gold prices, bringing the new rate down to US$3,235 per ounce.
The association stated that influenced by the global market, gold prices in Pakistan also decreased by Rs2,300 per tola and Rs1,972 per 10 grams.
Following the reduction, the price of gold in Pakistan now stands at Rs341,900 per tola and Rs293,124 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, silver prices remain unchanged at Rs3,482 per tola in Pakistan and US$33 per ounce in the international market.
