Under the new tax regime, buyers of the Suzuki Cultus will face different tax brackets based on their filer status. The Cultus VXR, which is priced at Rs 38,58,000, will incur an additional tax of Rs 38,580 for tax filers.
However, non-filers will face a heftier tax burden of Rs1,15,740.
For those opting for the higher-end Cultus VXL-AGS, which is priced at Rs45,46,000, the additional tax will be Rs 45,460 for filers.
Non-filers will be required to pay an extra Rs 1,36,380, reflecting a considerable increase in overall cost for those not in the tax-filing bracket.
