The entire nation paid homage to the martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country. Sepoy Thoban Majeed Baloch, who died in defense of the country on July 15, 2024, while fighting against terrorists at Bannu Cantt, is being remembered with profound respect.
Colleagues of Sepoy Thoban Majeed Baloch Shaheed saluted him on his martyrdom. Subedar Khaliq recounted the harrowing incident, stating that during the indiscriminate firing, the terrorists threw a grenade into the room where Sepoy Thoban Majeed Baloch was present with his 30 companions. "He did not let the heat come on his colleagues by sacrificing himself," Subedar Khaliq said.
Naib Subedar Raffakat remarked, "Soldier Thoban Shaheed always had the desire for martyrdom in his heart." Havaldar Nasir called Sepoy Thoban Baloch the pride of his unit, while Havaldar Kashif described him as an example of bravery and sacrifice.
According to Naik Mohammad Tariq, Sepoy Thoban Shaheed was a Hafiz of the Quran, and every morning started with his recitation. Mohammad Khaliq and Mohammad Farooq also paid tribute to the bravery of their martyred comrade.
