Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif reached on Tuesday Turkiye on a two-day visit.
According to details, the premier was received by the Turkish defence minister in Ankara. PM Shehbaz was flanked by Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar, Atta Tarar and Tariq Fatemi.
The premier is scheduled to meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Both leaders will exchange views on bilateral, regional and global matters.
PM Shehbaz and President Erdogan will hold a joint press conference.
He will also hold meetings with Turkish investors and business delegations to promote bilateral trade and create investment opportunities.
The premier's visit will be vital to further strengthen historical and brotherly ties with Turkiye.

Separately, few days back, PM Shehbaz reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to economic revival and technological advancement during the 'Health Engineering and Minerals Show' organized by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) in Lahore.
The event brought together key stakeholders from local and international markets. The PM said the government aims to provide a platform to the youth to explore Pakistan’s untapped potential across sectors like information technology, artificial intelligence, engineering, agriculture, pharmaceuticals and minerals.
