Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi expressed his heartfelt congratulations to the national cricket team for their remarkable victory in the ODI series against Australia.
Speaking about the historic achievement, Naqvi commended the players for their dominant performance, especially in defeating a strong Australian team on their home ground. “Defeating Australia at their home is a remarkable feat, and the players have made the nation proud,” he said.
Naqvi praised the players and management for their collective efforts, emphasizing that the win was a result of effective teamwork. He particularly lauded the exceptional fielding, and the outclassed performance in both bowling and batting.
"Today's victory has brought happiness to the faces of the entire nation," Naqvi added, highlighting the contributions of key players. Fast bowlers Naseem Shah, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Haris Rauf were commended for their exceptional bowling, which helped bowl Australia out for a low score.
Saeem Ayub and Abdullah Shafiq were credited for their responsible batting, ensuring the team's victory, while Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan also played crucial roles with the bat.
