The tech giant Google, has wielded the axe once more, cutting hundreds of jobs across its engineering, hardware, and assistant teams.

While the official word from the company touts "performance improvement" as the reason, the latest wave of layoffs casts a long shadow of uncertainty across the tech landscape.
