In a thrilling revelation for Bollywood enthusiasts, the highly anticipated teaser of Siddharth Anand’s upcoming film, “Fighter,” has finally made its grand debut, delivering a visual spectacle that certainly lives up to the hype.
Offering glimpses of Hrithik Roshan as Patty, Deepika Padukone as Minni, and Anil Kapoor as Rocky, the teaser portrays them as Squadron leaders in full uniform and exuding impeccable swag as they embark on a high-octane mission in their fighter jets. Scheduled for release on January 25, coinciding precisely with the one-year mark after Siddharth’s previous blockbuster, “Pathaan,” the teaser has left fans buzzing with excitement.
The captivating teaser showcases the lead cast soaring to new heights in their jets, featuring breathtaking aerial maneuvers and adrenaline-pumping jet stunts. Additionally, a fleeting glimpse of a high-energy song reminiscent of “Besharam Rang,” featuring Hrithik and Deepika, adds to the teaser’s allure. Concluding on an exhilarating note, the teaser culminates with the strains of “Sujlam Suflam” playing in the background as Hrithik unfurls the tricolour from his aircraft.
Earlier, Deepika Padukone shared a sneak peek to announce the teaser release time, unveiling a Radiogram activity teasing the conversation between Squadron leaders Patty and Minni regarding the teaser’s launch. Notably, her husband, Ranveer Singh, was among the first to eagerly anticipate the film, expressing his enthusiasm in the comments section.
The film introduces the lead actors with their first looks and character names. Hrithik portrays Squadron Leader Shamsher Pathania (Patty), Anil Kapoor as Group Captain Rakesh Jai Singh (Rocky), and Deepika Padukone as Squadron Leader Minal Rathore (Minni), all part of the Air Dragons unit of the Indian Air Force, with Anil Kapoor’s Rocky serving as the Commanding Officer.
Set to be India’s inaugural aerial action film, “Fighter” marks Deepika’s second collaboration with Siddharth Anand after her appearance in “Pathaan” alongside Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham.
