The Pakistan Navy received a grand tribute during the final match of PSL X between Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators, held at the packed Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore.
Renowned Pakistani singers Abrar-ul-Haq, Nadeem Abbas and others performed in honour of the Navy’s successful Operation Bunyan-um-Marsoos against Indian aggression.
The crowd in Lahore was highly energised, and the half-time show added to the excitement with a vibrant display of music and patriotism. Chief of the Naval Staff, Admiral Naveed Ashraf was present at the stadium as the guest of honour. The event was also attended by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb.
US Chargé d’Affaires, Natalie Baker, also participated in the ceremony.
The tribute concluded with an impressive fireworks display.
