In a surprising twist, former cricketer and ex-judge of The Kapil Sharma Show Navjot Singh Sidhu is set to make a comeback to the show after a five-year hiatus.

Sidhu’s reunion with Kapil Sharma comes after a controversial exit in 2019, and his appearance on the show has sparked mixed reactions, particularly from his replacement, Archana Puran Singh.

“Kapil, tell Sardar Sahab to get off my seat. He’s taken over my spot,” she says in the promo, to which Harbhajan Singh, also appearing in the episode, sides with Sidhu, claiming no one can ever replace the original judge.
Despite the dramatic promo, the show’s producers have confirmed that Sidhu will not be reclaiming his position as the permanent judge. Instead, he will appear as a guest along with his wife, Navjot Kaur, while cricketer Harbhajan Singh and actress Geeta Basra will also join the fun.
