Thirteen out of 20 players of Karachi Kings are suffering from abdominal pain ahead of crucial matched in the Pakistan Super League (PSL-9).
Karachi Kings in a statement said: “Many players became ill in the match against Islamabad United and we are checking the situation.”
“The players who are slightly better will play matches against them. The technical committee allowed Karachi Kings to field 2 overseas players,” the Kings teams said.
