In an effort to clarify her stance, Jemima Goldsmith, the British film producer and ex-wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan, emphasized that she is "unequivocally and passionately" in favour of a ceasefire in Gaza and supports a political solution for Palestinians.
Addressing the matter on X, Jemima stated, "For the avoidance of doubt, to those asking, I am unequivocally & passionately pro-ceasefire in Gaza & a political solution for Palestinians."
In October, Jemima Goldsmith faced substantial online criticism for her "both sides" perspective on the Israeli aggression against Palestine.
She had expressed, "I stand with the innocent human beings on both sides of this conflict. Condemn both."
In a separate post, she shared a concise text-based message, "I stand with International Law and Human Rights. There is no humanity in political tribalism."
Her statements garnered criticism from various parts of the world.
