The Punjab health department said on Wednesday that in Punjab, 12 cases of dengue fever were reported over a 24-hour period.
According to details, since the beginning of the year, 4,244 cases of dengue fever have been recorded. The health department stated that one case each was reported from Rawalpindi and Lahore.
Two cases were reported from Faisalabad. One case each was reported from Rahim Yar Khan, Sheikhupura, Bahawalpur, and Okara.
The health department added that one case each was also reported from Sialkot and Muzaffargarh during the day.
