The price of gold in Pakistan and globally saw another major increase on Wednesday.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola saw a significant increase of Rs6,600 on Wednesday to reach Rs349,400. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold hiked by Rs5,659, taking it to Rs299,554.

The global gold market also witnessed significant changes, with the price of gold per ounce rising by $66 to reach $3,310.
The silver prices in Pakistan also saw a hike, with the price of a tola of 24-karat silver rising by Rs56 to reach Rs3,466, and the price for 10 grams of silver reaching Rs 2,971.
