Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration Unit arrested a passenger at Karachi Airport who was attempting to travel to Kenya using fake travel documents.
During immigration clearance, officials discovered a fake Canadian visa and a forged Greek driving license in the passenger’s possession. According to preliminary investigations, the individual had previously entered Greece illegally in 2008 via Iran and Turkey, and was now attempting to reach Greece again through Doha using unlawful means.
The passenger had no official record of international travel, raising further suspicion. Initial interrogation revealed that he purchased the fake visa documents from an agent named Tanveer for Rs750,000. Further investigations are underway.
