Bisma Maroof and Ghulam Fatima, two prominent players from the Pakistan women's cricket team, have been injured in a traffic accident in Karachi.
According to media reports, the two players were taking a U-turn in their vehicle outside their hotel in Karachi on Friday night when the car hit the pavement. Other players in the car were safe in the accident.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that both players received immediate medical assistance and are currently under the supervision of the PCB's medical team. Fortunately, the other players travelling with them remained unharmed in the accident.
Although the injuries sustained by Bisma Maroof and Ghulam Fatima are reported to be minor, precautionary tests were conducted at a local hospital. Sources reveal that the PCB's medical panel is closely monitoring their condition to ensure their swift recovery.
Both players are presently members of the Pakistan women's cricket team and are currently part of the training camp in preparation for the upcoming series against West Indies. The accident has raised concerns, but reassurance has been provided regarding their well-being.
According to an update by the PCB, "Despite sustaining minor injuries, both players received immediate first aid and are currently under the care of the PCB medical team. Both players are part of the probables attending a training camp for the upcoming series against the West Indies, scheduled to begin on 18 April."
