Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has sharply criticised France, accusing it of hypocrisy over its position on human rights and international law.
Araghchi said countries such as France should stop lecturing the world about “human rights” and international law.
He termed the 'double standard as blatant and embarrassing'.
Araghchi said France’s support for Israel’s genocide in Gaza and its aggression against Iran had destroyed whatever moral high ground it believed it possessed.
