The price of gold in Pakistan remained stable on Friday, after a significant hike a day earlier.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola remained unchanged at Rs482,462, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also did not change and was being sold at Rs413,633. The price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold also remained stable at Rs379,177.

International gold prices
The stability trend was not limited to Pakistan. In the global bullion market, gold remained unchanged at $4,601 per ounce.
Silver prices in Pakistan
However, silver prices did not follow the same trend. The price of 24-karat silver per tola hiked by Rs100 to be sold for Rs9,525, while 10 grams of silver increased by Rs86 to Rs8,166.
