The Peshawar High Court has dismissed the petitions challenging the acceptance of nomination papers for Senate election candidates Azam Swati, Murad Saeed, Faisal Javed, Khurram Zeeshan, and Azhar Mashwani.
The bench, comprising Justice Arshad Ali and Justice Waqar, heard the case and dismissed all the petitions.
After a thorough hearing, the court upheld the decision of the Appellate Tribunal regarding the approval of nomination papers. The petitions, filed by opposition candidate Taj Muhammad Afridi against the Senate candidates, were dismissed.
