Director General Inter Services Public Relations Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry visited several educational institutions in Lahore, including Aitchison College, the University of Engineering and Technology Lahore, and Lahore College for Women University.
During the visit, special interactive sessions were arranged with students and faculty members. Discussions were held on national security, the role of youth, contemporary challenges, and hybrid warfare.
Heads of educational institutions, teachers, and students expressed confidence in the professional capabilities of the Pakistan Armed Forces.
On the occasion, faculty members stated that whenever the country requires it, teachers and students would stand shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces in its defence. The DG ISPR’s discussion on current challenges was described as highly significant for the youth.
Students also shared that the session helped them better understand modern-day ideological warfare. They noted that direct engagement between the Pakistan Army and educational institutions is an important step in fostering awareness and confidence among young people.
The students further expressed their resolve to remain united against adversaries and voiced pride in the country’s defence capabilities.
