The price of gold in Pakistan has seen a sharp rise again after a day of decline, while the price of silver has dropped.
The price of 24-karat gold per tola surged by a huge Rs7,000, reaching Rs526,962 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs6,001, taking it to Rs451,784. Also, the price of 10 grammes of 22-karat gold saw a hike of Rs5,501 to be sold for Rs414,150.
International gold prices
In the international market, the price of gold per ounce has fallen by $70 to reach $5,042 per ounce.
Silver prices in Pakistan
Meanwhile, silver prices saw an opposite trend, with the price of silver per tola decreasing by Rs105 to Rs8,219 in Pakistan, while 10 grams of silver also dropped by Rs90 to be sold for Rs7,046.
