Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held a meeting with Pakistan’s Army Chief, Field Marshal Asim Munir, where the two sides discussed regional security, counterterrorism, and matters of mutual interest.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the strategic partnership and enhancing coordination at regional and international forums.

The Chinese foreign minister assured Beijing’s continued support for Pakistan’s sovereignty and development. Field Marshal Asim Munir expressed gratitude to China for its consistent support.
The ISPR added that both sides also reiterated their shared resolve to promote peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.
