Pakistan’s military leadership has extended heartfelt Eid-ul-Adha greetings to the nation, emphasizing the values of sacrifice, unity, and national resilience that define the spirit of this sacred occasion.
According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, and the chiefs of the army, air force, and navy jointly congratulated the people of Pakistan on Eid-ul-Adha.
In their message, the armed forces prayed for “national unity, lasting peace, and prosperity,” reaffirming their commitment to safeguarding the country’s sovereignty and integrity alongside the Pakistani people.
The military leaders lauded the nation's unwavering resolve and independence, while saluting the immense sacrifices made by the armed forces, law enforcement agencies, and brave citizens in the line of duty. “This blessed day brings a powerful message of sacrifice, unity, and brotherhood,” the ISPR said.

The statement also paid rich tribute to the noble families of the martyrs, acknowledging their unmatched contribution to the nation’s peace and security. “The sacrifices of our martyrs are the foundation of Pakistan’s strength and stability,” the message read.
The military leadership stressed that Eid-ul-Adha serves as a reminder to strengthen the bonds of national unity and solidarity. “It is through collective spirit and shared sacrifice that we can continue to defend and uphold our homeland’s dignity and freedom,” the ISPR added.
The armed forces also extended best wishes to all Pakistanis, reaffirming their commitment to remain steadfast in defending the country against all threats, and standing shoulder to shoulder with the nation in the pursuit of peace and progress.
