In a recent interview with TRT World, Lieutenant General Ahmed Sharif Chaudhry, Director General of Pakistan's Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), condemned India's recent military actions, labeling them as unprovoked and targeting civilian areas.
He criticized India's pattern of attributing terrorist incidents to Pakistan without providing credible evidence.
General Chaudhry highlighted that Pakistan had offered an independent investigation into the Pahalgam attack, which India declined.
He emphasized that India's subsequent strikes targeted six locations within Pakistan, including mosques and residential areas, resulting in civilian casualties, notably among women and children
ISPR DG urged the international community to hold India accountable for these actions, stressing the need for evidence-based discourse and adherence to international norms. He reiterated Pakistan's commitment to regional peace and its right to defend its sovereignty against unwarranted aggression.
