Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari has finally revealed the secret behind his noticeable physical transformation and improved fitness — a disciplined lifestyle focused on cutting out unhealthy foods and staying active.
Speaking informally to the media in the US, Bilawal shared that giving up certain common dietary items made a huge difference. “Stop eating roti and sweets,” he advised. “And start exercising — you’ll see the results yourself.”
Earlier also, during a ceremony, Bilawal had told a journalist that he had given up sugar and carbohydrates and was exercising regularly to stay fit.
