Pakistan’s top leadership has expressed deep sorrow over the devastation and loss of precious lives caused by severe earthquakes in Venezuela, extending heartfelt condolences to the government, people, and bereaved families.
Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and President Asif Ali Zardari said the people of Pakistan stand in solidarity with Venezuela during this difficult and challenging time.
Prime Minister Sharif expressed deep sadness over the destruction and loss of life caused by the earthquakes in Venezuela.
In his message on X, the prime minister conveyed sympathy to the government and people of Venezuela, especially the families of those who lost their loved ones.
“On behalf of the people of Pakistan, I convey our heartfelt condolences to the Government and people of Venezuela, especially the families of the victims,” he said.
The PM also prayed for the speedy recovery of the injured and said Pakistan stands with all those affected by the disaster.

President Zardari offers condolences
President Asif Ali Zardari also expressed deep grief and sorrow over the loss of precious lives and widespread devastation caused by the powerful earthquakes that struck Venezuela.
The president extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and conveyed sympathy to the government and people of Venezuela. He said the people of Pakistan share the grief of the Venezuelan people in this difficult time.
Prayers for injured, affected families
President Zardari prayed for the speedy recovery of those injured in the disaster and for strength and resilience for all those affected. He expressed hope that the people of Venezuela would overcome this tragedy with courage and determination.
The president also hoped that relief and rescue efforts would bring timely assistance to those in need.
