Frontier Corps (North) Inspector General Major General Rao Imran Sirtaj has visited the flood-hit areas in Buner.
According to details that surfaced on Saturday, the Pakistan Army teams were conducting flood relief operations in the flood-hit districts. The military helicopters were being used to provide rations and ensure the shifting of the flood victims to the safe areas.
The Pakistan Army would continue its operations until all the flood-stricken people are safely rescued and shifted to safe places.
It is pertinent to note that the KP government has imposed an emergency in the nine flood-hit districts.
