The Joint Investigation Team (JIT) probing alleged anti-state propaganda on social media has issued a second summons to Aliema Khan, sister of PTI founder.
She has been directed to appear in person on March 14.
Earlier, Aliema Khan was called for questioning on March 12 but did not appear before the JIT. The investigation team, formed by the federal government, is headed by the Inspector General (IG) of Islamabad Police.
The JIT was constituted under Section 30 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act to examine the case. Authorities continue to scrutinize social media activities linked to alleged propaganda against the state.
