On the start of Muharram, the Health Department issued a special advisory and stated during Muharram, all hospitals including primary health centers would remain open in the province.
Emergency will remain in effect in all hospitals including the base health centers near Imam bargahs.
A control room will be established at the health directorate and district level during Muharram. All hospitals are directed to ensure attendance of doctors, nurses and other supporting staff.
