The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) of Lahore approved the bails of the 13 accused arrested in the Jinnah House attack case.
ATC Judge Arshad Javed heard the bail applications.
The lawyers of the accused took the stand that nothing was recovered during the physical remand since the arrested persons were in jail.
The lawyer pleaded that the Police investigation has been completed and it is legal to be released on bail and requested to approve the bail.
The government lawyer opposed the bail. A case was registered against Sarwar Road police station.
