Google has offered the first official glimpse of the upcoming Pixel 11 smartphone, teasing a gold-coloured model ahead of its Made by Google launch event scheduled for August 12.
The teaser appeared on the Google Store's event registration page, where a short promotional video shows the edges of two gold Pixel 11 devices while inviting users to reserve the launch date on their calendars.
The page confirms that Google will unveil its latest Pixel devices during the Made by Google event on August 12 at 6:00pm ET (3:00pm PT).
According to the event description, Google will also announce updates related to Gemini Intelligence alongside its new Pixel hardware lineup.
Gold finish showcased
Although the teaser reveals only the sides of the smartphones, it offers the clearest official look yet at what appears to be a new gold colour option for the Pixel 11 series.
The preview follows a series of recent leaks suggesting Google will introduce refreshed colours and subtle design changes across the Pixel 11 lineup.
The teaser has also renewed speculation about Google's rumoured Pixel Glow feature, which earlier reports suggested could function as a redesigned notification light integrated into the phone's camera module.
Google has not confirmed any details about Pixel Glow.
Pre-orders begin August 12
Google has also launched a promotional campaign encouraging customers to sign up for marketing emails through the Google Store.
Eligible users who register between July 15 and August 7 will receive an exclusive promotional offer on August 12, when pre-orders officially open.
The promotion is limited to US residents aged 18 or older with a valid US shipping address, and the offer must be redeemed before August 27.
Google is expected to officially unveil the Pixel 11 series, along with new Gemini AI features and other hardware announcements, during the August 12 event.
