In a clear message aimed at calming internal speculation, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar has said that he does not agree with Ali Amin’s recent statement.
Speaking amid ongoing political tensions, he emphasized that the party remains united and focused on securing the release of its founder. His remarks come at a time when the party is facing challenges and heightened scrutiny.
Barrister Gohar stated that Ali Amin’s statement about Mohsin Naqvi's alleged role in seeking Imran Khan's release does not reflect the party’s position. Without going into further detail, he made it clear that he does not agree with the remarks.
The clarification appears to be an effort to prevent misunderstandings and internal rifts.
Reaffirming the party’s stance, Gohar said that both individual and collective efforts are being made to secure the release of PTI Founder Imran Khan.
He also expressed gratitude to those who have played a role in these efforts, acknowledging their contributions during a difficult time.
Avoid controversy, no forward bloc
Admitting that the party is currently going through a challenging phase, Barrister Gohar urged leaders and workers not to engage in controversial statements.
He stressed the importance of maintaining discipline and unity, especially when the party is under pressure.
Addressing rumors of internal divisions, Barrister Gohar categorically stated that there is no forward bloc within the party.
“Everyone is united,” he said, reiterating that the leadership stands together despite political challenges.

On Monday, former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister Ali Amin Gandapur said that Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi made greater efforts for the release of Imran Khan than anyone else.
Speaking in Samaa TV programme ‘Nadeem Malik Live’, Gandapur said Naqvi even raised the matter before the Field Marshal for Imran's release. He said the PTI had completely failed and that party leaders were placing the blame on one another. He added that no one within the party possessed the authority to take decisions.
Gandapur claimed there were ill-intentioned individuals among the party. He expressed the hope that Imran Khan’s health was as reported, but added that he did not trust the information circulating about his condition.
