Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders celebrated the birthday of the party’s chief organiser, Maryam Nawaz on Saturday by cutting the latter’s birthday cake.
As Maryam Nawaz marks her 50th birthday, PML-N leader Haji Muhammad Arshad and the PML-N youth workers had cut the cake on the occasion.

Last week on the occasion of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif's return to the country, Maryam Nawaz said those who once proclaimed Nawaz Sharif's political career as concluded will now witness his comeback.
In a spirited address during a homecoming rally for former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, she expressed her gratitude to the thousands of participants who had gathered from across Pakistan to witness the historic event.

She noted that despite the overwhelming turnout, numerous supporters remained outside the rally area.
Maryam Nawaz also paid tribute to her father, saying, "I will not waste my words today, as this is Nawaz Sharif's day."
She emphasised the resilience of the former prime minister, who, despite facing numerous adversities, had returned to his homeland with his head held high.
Maryam Nawaz also took a swipe at PML-N's political opponents, highlighting their earlier claims that Nawaz Sharif's political career had come to an end.
She pointed out that those very opponents were now watching Nawaz Sharif on television, as he had been bestowed with honor by the Almighty Allah.
