Prof. Dr. Lubna Zaheer, Chairperson of the Department of Film & Broadcasting at SCS University of the Punjab, met with Prof. Dr. Niaz Ahmed Akhtar, Chairman of the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, to discuss the department’s academic and creative endeavors and the future of media education in the country.
