The price of 24-carat gold per tola fell by Rs21,400 to reach Rs507,762, according to details confirmed on Friday.
After two days of gains, gold prices have plunged again in both global and local markets. The global and domestic gold markets are witnessing the third-largest fall in history. In Pakistan, The rate of 10 grams of gold dropped by Rs18,347 to Rs435,324.
Gold has again fallen below $5,000 per ounce in the global market. Today, the price of silver per tola decreased by Rs1,430 to Rs7,825. In the international market, the price of gold per ounce fell by $214 to $4,850.
