The Pakistan Cricket Board has prepared an alternative plan regarding the Multan Sultans franchise, sources said.
Sources divulged that if the Sultans’ ownership ends, a new owner will be decided soon. The PCB has contacted several investors in this regard.
The sources said some businessmen have shown interest in purchasing the Multan Sultans. If matters with the current franchise remain unresolved, the PCB will sell the team.
The Pakistan Cricket Board also issued a legal notice to the Multan Sultans on Thursday.
