The government has decided not to send the Pakistan national junior hockey team to India for the upcoming Junior Hockey World Cup.
The decision was reached following a high-level consultative meeting. According to details, the Pakistan Hockey Federation has informed the International Hockey Federation of the government’s decision.
It was reported that the decision was made in view of concerns over the players’ security.
The Junior Hockey World Cup is scheduled to begin in India on November 28.
